Founded in 1994, The Antonio Jimenez Foundation for Man and Nature (Fondation Antonio Nunez Jimenez de la Naturaleza y el Hombre), is a non-governmental scientific and cultural institution dedicated to the research and promotion of culturally and socially directed environmental protection.
Through its environmental education program, the foundation contributes to projects aiming to increase environmentally-friendly social consciences and find local solutions to environmental problems.
Through its urban development program, the foundation supports green urbanisation initiatives, such as “permaculture”, which supports bio-diversity by working towards the reproduction of self-sufficient ecosystems.
